Crash Messages in SketchUp

When SketchUp crashes there are a few things to take a look at that may help:
System settings or compatibility issues
An error in your SketchUp installation or an extension
A problem with a model’s file or a plugin
Outdated graphics drivers or graphics hardware
To help troubleshoot these issues, we’ve listed a few examples and some tips to help you get things up and running again.
If you have made sure your system meets all of these requirements and have addressed each issue above but are still experiencing issues, it may be on our end. If you weren’t able to send a BugSplat report, please document what happened, what you have tried, and what the results were and reach out to the SketchUp support team .
