Trimble ID를 만들고 나서도 로그인에 문제가 있는 경우, 다음과 같은 몇 가지를 확인하세요.

이메일 주소와 비밀번호가 정확한지 다시 한번 확인합니다. 오타가 있을 수도 있고, Trimble 계정과 연동하지 않은 이메일 주소를 입력했을 가능성도 있습니다.
타사 로그인 옵션 중 하나를 사용해 로그인해 보세요. 그런 옵션을 사용해 계정을 만든 경우, 로그인할 때마다 해당 옵션을 선택해야 합니다. 타사 계정과 연동된 이메일 주소와 비밀번호를 입력하는 것만으로는 효과가 없습니다.

Trimble에서 보낸 이메일을 받지 못했어요!

계정이 잠겼어요!

잘못된 비밀번호를 너무 많이 입력하면 "로그인 시도가 너무 많이 실패하여 최대 15분간 일시적으로 계정이 잠겼습니다."라는 메시지가 표시됩니다. 기다렸다가 나중에 시도해도 되고, 더 빠른 액세스를 원하면 로그인 페이지의 비밀번호 찾기 옵션을 사용해도 됩니다.

타사 옵션을 꼭 사용해야 하나요?

아니요. 타사 로그인 옵션은 글자 그대로 옵션일 뿐입니다.

Trimble 계정을 만들지 않고 굳이 타사 옵션을 이용하는 이유가 있나요?

사용자마다 가장 적합한 옵션을 사용하시는 것이 좋습니다.

타사 로그인 서비스를 이용하면 서비스와 비밀번호를 동기화할 수 있습니다. 로그인 자격 증명 여러 개를 관리하느라 걱정하기 싫다면, 타사 로그인 서비스를 이용하는 것이 유용할 수 있습니다.

Trimble 계정만의 고유한 비밀번호를 사용하고자 하는 경우, Trimble ID를 만드는 것이 더 나을 수도 있습니다.

Apple의 이메일 전달 끄기나 나의 이메일 가리기 기능은 사용자가 외부와 공유하는 이메일 주소를 변경하고, 대신 익명 처리된 주소를 사용합니다. Trimble 계정을 만들 때 이러한 기능을 사용하는 경우, 로그인할 때마다 그 기능을 사용해야 합니다. 해당 기능을 나중에 사용 중지하면 로그인할 수 없으며, 파일이나 구매한 항목에 액세스할 수 없게 됩니다.

모든 타사 옵션에는 브라우저 기반 로그인이 필수입니다. 로그인 프로세스에 웹 브라우저를 활용하면 악성 애플리케이션 개발자에 맞서 추가적인 보안 계층을 제공하게 됩니다. 2019.2 이전 버전의 SketchUp은 로그인할 때 웹 브라우저를 활용하지 않습니다. SketchUp 기존 버전에 브라우저 기반 로그인이 없다는 점은 보안 위험으로 간주되며, 타사 파트너에서는 사용자에게 더 이상 오래된 애플리케이션에 로그인을 허용하지 않습니다.

If you do not have a multi-factor authentication method configured, such as a passkey or authenticator app, a one-time passcode (OTP) helps protect your account. To complete your sign-in, open the email from Trimble and enter the OTP from that email into the verification screen. Until you set up a stronger MFA method, you will be asked to enter an OTP when:

Signing in from a new computer, phone, or browser for the first time.
You’ve cleared your browser's cookies since you last signed in.
It’s been longer than 30 days and you did not select Remember this device when you last logged in.

If you are having trouble signing in after creating your Trimble Identity here's a few things to check:

Double check that your email address and password are correct. There may be a typo or you may have entered an email address not associated with your Trimble account.
Try to sign in using one of the 3rd party sign-in options . If you created your account using one of those options you need to select that option each time you login. Typing in the email address and password associated with your 3rd party account will not work.
If your email address is associated with a Trimble ID but your password doesn't seem to work, click Forgot Password? to reset it.

If part or all of the login page isn’t loading, it may be due to your browser settings, an ad blocker, VPN, or other security software blocking One Trust. Trimble uses One Trust to help manage your cookie preferences. If One Trust is blocked, certain elements of a page won’t load.

To make sure One Trust is able to run, open the options of the app you are using for security and whitelist the following URL:

cdn.cookielaw.org

I forgot my Trimble Password!

If you know the email address associated with your Trimble ID but can't remember your password, use the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions provided to reset it. For more information, see Manage My Trimble ID Profile over at Trimble Help.

I'm not receiving any emails from Trimble!

Firewalls or spam filters may block emails from Trimble. If you are using a personal email address you may need to safelist emails from Trimble in your spam filter. In either case, to make sure you receive emails from Trimble please safelist emails from the following domains:

@trimble.com
@trimblepaas.com
@mail.trimblepaas.com

If your email address is associated with your employer you may need to contact your IT department to safelist these domains.

I'm trying to activate my Trimble ID and I'm stuck in an endless loop!

Please contact our Support Team . Make sure to provide your contact details, the email address you used to set up your Trimble ID, and the steps you took to get to what you are seeing. Please include screenshots, what web browser you are using, your operating system, and if you are on a mobile device or desktop computer.

I'm locked out of my account!

If you enter the wrong password too many times you'll see " Your account has been temporarily locked for up to 15 minutes after too many failed attempts to sign in. " If you can’t wait, you can reset your password by clicking Forgot Password? on the login screen.
